Santa made it over to see us

at the Kissimmee Christmas Rally
He and all of his elfs made the Friday night charity auction a
blast
.
WE set a record of over $750 with 1/2 the proceeds going to the Rodehaver Boy's
ranch
.
Thanks to Joff and Sally for again another fun Friday nights activity.
This rally has been held for some time at the "Tropical Palms"
RV resort just behind Old Town in Kissimmee. Under new ownership, they
have worked hard to update the facilities and other than a few challenges all
had a great time there again. Yep, you see shorts being worn in December
so all of you "snowbirds" are late!

One of our annual events at the Christmas rally is out coach
decorating competition and this year several coaches met the challenge:

The overall feeling was Tropical Palms did a good job of
catering to our club and it looks like our next years Christmas rally will again
be at this venue. There was some talk after last years rally that we
should watch to see how the new management would work out. If you have any
comments on this issue, please contact a board member or our presicent Ed Jones,
we certainly welcome your input.
Thanks to all who were able to attend the rally, we certainly
hope you had a good time. Have a great Holiday season and we'll see you
next year at the Lazy Days joint rally with the Alumni and Dixie landers clubs.
